The atmospheric sound of this instrument is mainly due to Matthias Puech's Tapographic Delay. We simply put a Telecaster through the delay and programmed another tape delay with different time intervals.

To round it up, we added a second sound to Corroded Wires: organ pads that run through tape saturation and distortion. The result is a charismatic pad that has been used several times in crime dramas on German television.
